Kikwata Investment Limited was established on 24 June 2025 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, founded by the Hermas family with a clear purpose: to bring disciplined project management and honest workmanship to every project we take on.
From our base in Makangarawe, Temeke, we combine hands-on construction experience with rigorous planning — so every job, from a single renovation to a multi-trade build, is delivered with the same standard of care.
